Full refund or exchange available for all items returned within 14 days of purchase. All items must be received no later than the 14th day after the purchase date and items must be in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping charges may apply for returns/exchanges. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns at this time.

Refunds will be granted within 10 business days of receipt and may take 3-5 business days to be credited depending on your bank. 

Exchanges will be sent within 3 business days of receipt and it can take 5-7 business days to receive the new product.

For sizable products only: Please measure your wrist and/or ankle prior to placing and order for sizable anklets and/or bracelets. Shipping is non- refundable. You will be responsible for the price of shipping items back to us and for re-shipping items back to you if you choose to do an exchange. 

 

We have a location in Carrollton TX that you may drop off your return items and pick up your exchange items free of charge.
